Body Doubling

Sometimes having a plan isn’t enough

Body Doubling helps with productivity by keeping you focused and motivated on the task at hand. In these group sessions, a coach and peers will be present and working alongside you, helping hold you accountable to your goals

Each group session is 90 mins and will consist of:

  • An initial check-in with a coach to review your plan / barriers that have kept you from completing your goal 
  • Mid-session check-ins to see how it’s going – Direct reminders / nagging available to redirect you back to your task
  • Wrap-up notes / sharing success time (last 10 mins)

Note: Participants will be asked to mute when not directly interacting as to not distract one another
